Loin de se limiter \u00e0 la stricte conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019engage dans une logique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue, en explorant des solutions concr\u00e8tes et ing\u00e9nieuses.<\/p><h4><strong>R\u00e9duction des boues par s\u00e9chage innovant<\/strong><\/h4><p>L\u2019atelier Tribo (finition et polissage) est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une station de traitement d\u2019eau. Les boues issues de ce traitement sont s\u00e9ch\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019air chaud r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 des compresseurs.<\/p><p><strong>R\u00e9sultat<\/strong> : le tonnage de d\u00e9chets est divis\u00e9 par trois \u00e0 quatre, r\u00e9duisant \u00e0 la fois les co\u00fbts et l\u2019impact environnemental.<\/p><h4><strong>Osmofilm : l\u2019\u00e9vaporation solaire au service de l\u2019environnement<\/strong><\/h4><p>Minirectif utilise des housses sp\u00e9ciales fonctionnant par effet de serre pour \u00e9vaporer l\u2019eau contenue dans certains d\u00e9chets liquides. Cette technique simple et sans \u00e9nergie fossile permet de r\u00e9duire drastiquement les volumes \u00e0 traiter : l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019entreprise envoyait deux f\u00fbts de dewatering de 200 L par mois, elle n\u2019en envoie plus que 200 L\u2026 tous les 10 ans. Une <strong>solution rare dans la r\u00e9gion<\/strong>, dont Minirectif est pionni\u00e8re.<\/p><h4><strong>Tri, recyclage et partenariats locaux<\/strong><\/h4><p>Cartons, papiers, films plastiques, bidons : tous les d\u00e9chets sont tri\u00e9s et, lorsque c\u2019est possible, recycl\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re. Les d\u00e9chets r\u00e9siduels sont collect\u00e9s par des prestataires locaux, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le nombre de camions sur les routes et renfor\u00e7ant les circuits courts.<\/p><h4><strong>Une philosophie pragmatique<\/strong><\/h4><p>Pour Minirectif, la norme ISO 14001 est un socle.
